1) What's the first thing I need to do to get started making my own AVP's? Set up your 'ACCOUNT SETTINGS' - primarily your 'Personal Profile' (your name, contact info, etc.) and 'Upload Your Photo' which will display on every AVP you make. 2) How many AVPostcards (AVP's) can we make in a given month? What is the limit? As many as you want!! It's "All You Can Eat"! The flat monthly fee covers you for as many you wish to make. 3) What is this about "COPY-AND-PASTE" and why do I have to care about it? The AVP system generates a 'link' for you to 'paste' into your email, facebook or many other communication platforms (Twitter, MySpace, etc.) so that others may click on that link and enjoy your custom AVP. In order to 'paste' the link, you must first 'copy' it... 4) When I use the "COPY LINK" feature, the link is not 'active' in the email... why? Some browsers have a 'condition' which requires you to insert a 'space' after the link to make it 'active'... we cannot determine any 'rhyme or reason' as to when this happens, only that, at times, it does. The solution is easy - just insert a 'hard space' after the link (i.e. place the cursor to the right of the link, then hit the space bar - the link should now be 'active'. 5) The AVPostcard seems to work EXCEPT the video won't play - it won't even show up... why? Your browser may not have the correct version of the 'Flash program' installed - go to this link to download and install the 'Flash player' onto your computer. 6) The videos don’t play on my iPhone / iPad... why not? This is an extension of #5... Apple does NOT support the most popular video player online - Flash... we are currently working on AVP V3 which WILL include compatibility with the iOS (iPhone / iPad, etc.).
